At RockOn Electronics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
Downloadable software or digital products
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact our support team for the return shipping address. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
